A mountain-biking trail with incredible downhill slops, including a mini-bus shuttle service to spend less time getting up and more time going down! The Alpes-Maritimes département and the Roya valley in particular possess an infinite number of itineraries that are perfect for endurance and free-riding. A huge choice of free-style or technical trails suitable for mountain-biking.

THE BORDER MOUNTAIN-BIKING CIRCUIT
Day 1: a minibus shuttle takes you to the Col de Brouis (872 m). After a short ascent, we'll tackle the first descent via the rolling trails leading down to the villages of Piene and Olivetta in Italy. A mountain-biking ascent takes us back to France, to the peak of the Bois Noir, setting off for the second descent via a winding trail through the woods.
Day 2: a minibus shuttle will whisk us up to the hamlet of Castérino (1500 m). A short mountain-biking ascent takes us to a trail towards the Baisse de Peyrafique (2060 m). We'll then tackle 1,400 metres of ascent and descent to the village of Saint-Dalmas de Tende via slopes, trails and paths.
DESCENT SINGLE MOUNTAIN-BIKING
Day 3: we'll set off yet again from the Col de Brouis, heading to Sospel via a stunning hilly trail that takes us through the woods. After a short road transition, we'll enjoy the Sospel mountain-biking trails certified by the French Cycling Federation, featuring a number of loops you can try out using the minibus to help you up or tackling it yourself.
