1988 marks the first edition of this event which is nowadays a reference. A MTB race connecting la Colmiane to Nice on a super technical and physical trail which,
at that time, was nearly impossible considering the existing biking gear of those years.
Nowadays, reaching the 75km of the race is still a real challenge and rigorous training is needed in order to become a finisher.
For the D Day, an amazing track, composed with a lot of nice and new trails will lead you from the Mountain to the see in Nice (new finish line).
75km of happiness enjoying great landscapes and unbelievable single tracks.
Different versions are available for riders to choose from:
La Trans’Enduro: for participants only looking to take part on the Saturday, the Trans’Enduro option is a fantastic day of riding along two timed legs that connect Nice's Promenade des Anglais to the Haute Vésubie area.
La TRANS 50: a Sunday-only option featuring an easier itinerary, ideal for participants who can't make the Saturday and a low-intensity introduction for those looking to try their hand at the Transvésubienne for the first time. Open to electric-assist mountain bikes.
L’E-BIKE SERIE: the Transvésubienne moves with the times, and has boasted an electric-assist mountain bike category since 2012. Electric-assist fans are just as welcome to make history by taking part in the two-day race!
This year once more, the TANDEM and FATBIKE categories are included.
